With a name as smooth as theirs, you can bet many of the 'Posh Players for a Posh Team' are featured in this edition. Going all the way back to 1956, the Peterborough Football Book is the ideal way to take a trip down memory lane. It includes the club’s league successes as well as a whole host of ups and downs in between. Through reprints of original reports and newspaper coverage, this football book starts in December 1956 when Peterborough beat Bradford Park Avenue in the FA Cup Final then went on to be admitted to the Football League in 1960, replacing Gateshead. After being relegated from the Championship on the final day of the 2012-13 season, the club competed in League One, the third tier in the English football league system. Their highest finishing position in the Football League ladder was 10th in the Championship. Peterborough won the 2013-14 Football League Trophy, beating Chesterfield 3-1 in the final at Wembley Stadium in March 2014. Take a look at the contents to see what the book has to offer. The book is available with a variety of presentation options, with the recipient’s Name and a Message printed on the certificate on the title page. All the articles are printed on luxury paper, produced from fully licensed scans from the original newspapers. The books are always updated with the latest season and bound by hand in a hardback book. The binding process takes four craftsmen/women over an hour to create each book by hand. To make the books even more exceptional, there are special editions with extra personalisation, available below. Some of the editions are available with colour content and pictures from 2006 onwards. As well as the original black and white content, editions offering colour content and colour pages will include the colour content where available. T
